About the Role
We’re seeking a Tech Lead with strong expertise in Node.js, React, and Web3 to lead the development of a new AI-driven project for a U.S.-based company. This is a high-impact role with a clear growth trajectory: from leading a development team to eventually stepping into a CTO position.
You’ll join an experienced engineering group and take ownership of the product’s technical direction from day one. The role involves working closely with stakeholders and progressively assuming leadership responsibilities across both Latin American and U.S.-based teams.
Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end development of a greenfield project using Node.js, React, and Web3 technologies.
• Define and execute a robust, scalable, and secure architecture.
• Gradually take on leadership and coordination responsibilities across an international team.
• Align product goals with technical execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Mentor developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and ownership.
Key Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or Tech Lead.
• Advanced proficiency in Node.js, React, and Web3.
• Strong team leadership potential and a strategic mindset aligned with a future CTO role.
• Excellent communication skills in English – this is a must for effective collaboration.
• Ability to make autonomous decisions and operate proactively in dynamic environments.
• Understanding of cloud architecture, system scalability, and development best practices.
Nice to Have
• Experience with AI-powered platforms or RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
• Background in fintech or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with distributed team collaboration tools and startup-like environments.
