About the Role
We seek an experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join a dynamic SaaS company focused on helping vacation rental managers—especially Airbnb hosts—optimize their listings and enhance revenues. This role is integral to scaling the platform, developing innovative features, and maintaining seamless integrations, ensuring the product delivers exceptional value to its growing user base.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and enhance features within a Ruby on Rails application.
• Build and maintain integrations with external software systems.
• Manage and update a Chrome extension built using React.
• Collaborate with the product team to design strategies and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality and scalable code.
• Partner with team members to deliver impactful updates and improvements.
What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of experience developing web applications.
• Strong expertise with Ruby, Rails, and RSpec.
• Familiarity with MVC patterns and high-load application scaling.
• Proficiency in SQL schema design and query optimization (Postgres).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Exceptional English communication skills and proficiency.
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in a remote work environment.
Nice to Have
• Knowledge of StimulusJS and Kubernetes.
• Experience with data pipelines and OLAP databases.
• Development experience with Chrome extensions.
