Role and Tasks:
● Collaborate with business and IT areas in activities related to:
● Design customization of SAP solutions according to business needs.
● Ensure efficient compliance with current and implemented solutions.
● Design and implement interfaces between company applications and suppliers.
● Support migration projects, ensure documentation of changes, plan and execute updates.
● Prepare, plan, and conduct specific training.
● Identify the need for specific customizations
● Ensure compliance with IT and Information Security guidelines.
● Act as the focal point for processes implemented in the SAP system, coordinating and integrating offshoring services such as developments and parameterizations.
● Responsible for level 1 support in SAP modules.
Essential experience and skills:
● Graduated in Engineering or ● Computer Science, with experience in electronic billing systems in Argentina/Chile/Peru/Ecuador/Colombia, preferably.
● 5 years or more of experience in multinational companies with headquarters and IT service centers based in other countries/continents.
● Work in interdisciplinary IT groups whose interaction and integration are key to achieving expected business results.
● Intercultural sensitivity.
● Fluent in written and spoken English.
● Solid knowledge of SAP (Financials and Controlling and its relationships with other modules).
● A holistic vision of the entire SAP package.
