Coorva is seeking a skilled AI & Automation Consultant to lead the design and deployment of a smart, conversational assistant integrated into WhatsApp Business for one of our B2B and B2C clients in the electronics industry. This is a 3-month, hands-on consulting opportunity where you’ll be at the core of an innovative AI implementation that blends LLMs, cloud infrastructure, and business process automation.
🔍 What You’ll Do
● Design and implement an AI-powered assistant using LLMs (e.g., GPT-4 Turbo or alternatives) to manage client inquiries through WhatsApp Business API
● Lead the training of the assistant with product data, pricing structures, FAQs, and business-specific logic
● Define and automate customer support flows for:
● Product inquiries
● Pricing based on customer type
● Delivery and logistics information
● Handoff to human agents
● Collaborate with backend developers to integrate FastAPI or Node.js/Python-based services
● Analyze cost-performance trade-offs for various infrastructure and AI model providers (AWS, Twilio, Cohere, Mistral, etc.)
● Participate in the feasibility analysis of external integrations (e.g., TacticaSoft)
● Prepare and deliver documentation, internal training, and metrics reporting during rollout
