2. Our staffing team confirms availability and introduces a suitable candidate.

3. If you approve the candidate, our service delivery team kicks off the trial week.

4. After the trial week, your account manager determines if you're satisfied and ready for a longer commitment.

The first trial week with a client is completely free of charge, whether or not they hire our candidate.

For clients who have already utilized a trial week, any subsequent trial weeks will be billed only if the candidate succeeds. However, if the client chooses to dismiss the candidate, they won't be billed for the trial week.

Once a client is deemed eligible, the account manager collaborates with our Staffing team to identify a suitable candidate who will work the trial week with that client.

Second, our Staffing team is allocated a budget for a specific number of trial weeks to be carried out each quarter. They are responsible for managing the stock of trial weeks and ensuring availability. As requests come in from the Sales team, the Staffing team provides the trial weeks as long as they are within the quarterly budget. This approach helps maintain a balance between providing valuable opportunities to clients and effectively managing our resources.

Third, the Service Delivery team has developed a comprehensive playbook for the trial week, which includes strategies and best practices to ensure clients can effectively assess our professionals' skills and maximize their performance. This playbook serves as a valuable resource for clients to get the most out of the trial week.

Finally, during our vetting process, Recruiting will assess the candidates’ willingness and availability to work a trial week.
